ABOUT US / OUR STORY
LeahStarrVCharity Inc. was founded with faith, love, and a deep calling to serve. Leah Starr Villalobos, our Founder and President, created this organization with nothing but God’s guidance, determination, and a heart full of purpose. What started as a vision between her and God has now grown into a mission carried forward by four dedicated board members, working together to uplift communities, provide nourishment, and spread love worldwide.
LeahStarrVCharity Inc. was born from the belief that no one should go hungry and that acts of kindness can transform lives. God placed this mission in Leah’s heart to be a vessel of His love and serve those in need. With faith as the foundation, she wrote the business plan, built the framework, and planted the seed, trusting that this work would grow into something much greater than herself.
GOAL
- Distribute prepaid cards to cover food, hygiene, and essential needs
- Host monthly outreach events and community drives
- Launch healing retreats and build transitional housing through land ownership
- Uplift those with special needs by modeling inclusion through Rachel Starr Sapp
- Expand the Virtual Volunteer Program to include supporters from all over the world
- Partner with Walmart and major retailers to build community wealth
- Fundraise through 50/50 raffles, donations, and corporate sponsorships
- Distribute food packs alongside our prepaid card outreach

We envision a world where no one goes hungry, and where dignity, freedom, and healing are not privileges—but rights.
Our vision is to redefine what charity looks like by removing the barriers and shame often attached to receiving help. Through prepaid cards, we let people reclaim the power to choose what they need.

• Acquire land to plant food, build housing, and host healing retreats
• Create safe spaces for individuals and families to rebuild their lives
