About us
At LeahStarrVCharity Inc., we believe in restoring dignity through real solutions that empower real people. Based in Florida, we serve the homeless and less fortunate by providing prepaid cards—loaded with funds—to cover hot meals, groceries, hygiene items, and essential needs.
This isn’t a handout. It’s hope in motion—giving individuals the freedom to choose what they need, when they need it.
Founded by Leah Starr Villalobos, this mission began as a self-funded act of obedience to God. Since day one, the goal has been to light the world in love, strength, and victory—one act of kindness at a time.
Among our board is Rachel Starr Sapp, Leah’s 11-year-old daughter who has autism (ASD). Rachel serves with joy, heart, and compassion—proving that every soul has the power to touch lives. She engages our community in ways that remind us how even the smallest light can shine the brightest.
Looking ahead, LeahStarrVCharity plans to acquire land to:
• Grow fresh produce
• Create healing retreats
• Build free or low-cost living spaces for those in recovery or transition
We are not just feeding the body—we’re healing the soul, creating a movement of restoration rooted in faith.
